No Cancellations After Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed on Cartondeal, it cannot be cancelled.
All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

No Order Modifications

After order confirmation, no changes or modifications are allowed, including but not limited to:

Product changes or additions
Shipping address updates
Contact detail changes

Customers are requested to carefully review all order details before completing the checkout process.

Exceptions

In certain unavoidable situations, Cartondeal reserves the right to cancel an order, including but not limited to:

Product being out of stock
Incorrect pricing or technical error
Delivery pincode not serviceable

In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard processing time.
